At TERRA Services, the old adage “The Customer is Always Right” is only the beginning. We recognize that producers are entrusting us with some of their most valuable assets. If handled and treated properly we can create significant value for our customers. If handled and treated poorly we can destroy significant value.

Much like our water management solutions treat each drop of water differently, we recognize that each and every customer and each and every situation requires differential treatment. We fundamentally believe that while a cookie cutter approach to treatment would make our lives easier, it clearly misses the mark when it comes to making the lives of our customers better.  

This customized approach starts early on in the sales process when our specially trained sales engineers work closely with our customer’s asset managers, production engineers, operations/field managers, chemical specialists and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) departments to define a holistic approach to meeting their combined water management needs. It continues during operations when our consultants work to analyze your water and develop specific treatment protocols given your desired outcomes.
